Venture Music is a Nashville-based digital marketing agency created for the modern music industry. We specialize in holistic marketing campaigns that help artists reach and engage fans across the digital landscape. We are seeking a creative, organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for music to join our team.

Responsibilities Include

• Brainstorming and planning social content ideas
• Building and maintaining social posting schedules
• Copywriting for posts, ads, and email blasts
• Engaging with fans on behalf of artist clients
• Planning and directing content shoots

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience managing multiple artist social media accounts
• Expertise with all major social media platforms
• Experience with social content creation
• Copywriting experience

Our ideal candidate can bring unique and engaging out-of-the-box ideas to artists of all genres while keeping organized with the many moving parts of a digital marketing campaign. This role is best suited for a creative and detail-oriented self-starter who has their finger on the pulse of social media and multiple years of professional experience in similar roles.

This position is Nashville-based, we are not looking for remote candidates.
