- Prior experience in videography and/or social media management
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and social media trends
- Organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently
- Capture daily camp life through short-form and long-form videos for social media and parent updates
- Create engaging content that reflects the spirit, energy, and creativity of camp life
- Collaborate with camp’s photographer to manage daily posts for our Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social platforms
- Edit and produce highlight reels, camper showcases, and end-of-session videos
- Play a key role in sharing the Berkshire Lake Arts Camp story with families, campers, and future staff
