Drywall & Plaster Repair Expert / Estimator
Join The Patch Boys as a Drywall & Plaster Repair Expert / Estimator and become an integral part of our team! In this role, you will utilize your extensive experience in drywall installation and project estimation to help our clients achieve their dream spaces. Your typical day will involve assessing work sites, estimating materials and labor, and executing high‑quality drywall and plaster repairs.
You will work independently and collaboratively, ensuring that every project is completed to perfection while keeping communication open with clients and your team.
We're offering starting pay of $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience!
Requirements- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in drywall installation and repair.
- 10+ years of project estimation experience in residential or commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of interior painting processes and materials.
- Proven ability to accurately estimate materials, labor, and timelines.
- Ownership of tools, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A “can‑do” attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience or certifications in additional home repair or remodeling services.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using estimating software or project management tools.
