Job Title: Parts Coordinator
Location: Mattoon, IL
Assignment Length: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Job Type: Contract / Contingent
Pay Rate: Hourly (W2 – SGS Payroll; No PTO or Holiday Pay)
Work Environment: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Day Shift

• As a Parts Coordinator (Packaging Operations Coordinator) at the Mattoon Distribution Center, you will support packaging, warehouse activities, and administrative operations.

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts
• Support packaging projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and email communication
• Support daily operations of third-party packaging facilities
• Coordinate resolution of part-related issues (defective stock, mixed stock, identification, unshipped orders)
• Work with internal teams, vendors, factories, and dealers

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work with and interpret datasets
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Experience in a warehouse or production environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)
• Knowledge of developing work standards
• Previous administrative or coordination experience

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the shift
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic warehouse environment
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week
