Sports Intern

Overview

The Sponsorship Intern will work alongside the North America Sponsorship team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and an interest in sports marketing, events, and global brand activation. The intern will gain hands‑on experience managing assets, supporting sponsorship operations, event logistics, and contributing to digital content and recaps.

• Sponsorship Support
• Update and track the global events calendar
• Draft North America event recaps and reports
• Assist with event registrations from start to finish
• Support file organization, database updates, and operational processes
• Help manage communications and community mailbox (email, internal groups)
• Assist with running‑related content, community updates, and administrative tasks

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and manage new systems
• Experience with Cvent or other registration platforms is a plus
