We are fast-growing, highly organized, and system-driven — and we are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and keep the business running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to leadership and internal teams by handling administrative tasks, managing communication, organizing files, and assisting with transaction coordination. This is a full-time, in-house role and requires strong follow-through, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal messages
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Organize digital and physical files
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and form management
  • Coordinate with processors, real estate agents, attorneys, and homeowners
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Support onboarding of new clients and partners
  • Maintain office organization and systems
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organize President calendar and assist with daily responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong work ethic
Preferred (But Not Required)
  • Experience in real estate, legal, mortgage, or title environments
  • CRM or database experience
