Accounts Payable Specialist

SNI Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the transportation industry. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The position follows a hybrid schedule: 2 days remote and onsite in Ft. Lauderdale.

• Enter approximately 200 invoices daily into SAP accurately and efficiently
• Match POs, delivery receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized transaction records and vendor files
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including reports and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Manage the AP inbox and maintain prompt, professional communication
• Support the AP team and broader finance department as needed

• 2+ years of direct accounts payable experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Net Suite
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Willingness to commit to a minimum 6-month contract

Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Job Type: Contract (with possible extension)

Reports to: Manager of Accounts Payable
