An exciting opportunity has come up from individual looking to join our team in East Fairfield, NSW as a Warehouse Coordinator! 38 hours week 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-1pm Fridays.

• Running a fully operational dispatching service which includes maintaining good housekeeping in our dispatch and warehousing area.
• Sales admin experience, order entry and raising delivery dockets.
• Assisting in the record keeping of activities related to safety, vehicles, forklifts and delivery/customer receipt.
• Completing quality checks on coffins and caskets prior to them being put into stock or delivered to the client (funeral homes).
• Ensuring all products being put into stock are adequately protected to prevent damage during storage and inventory control.
• Working with delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles, along with communicating travel information and other delivery instructions.
• Communication with customers re deliveries and enquiries.
• Load and unload shipping containers using a forklift.
• Experience with SAP advantageous.
• Assist with deliveries and other tasks as required.

• The person we are seeking has at least 3 years experience, must be well presented and spoken, a Forklift license (and extensive Forklift experience), possess a valid Manual Driver’s licence along with a positive “can do” attitude, who also wants to be part of a positive team environment.
