A City municipality in California is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to perform repairs and maintenance on city vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with four years of experience as an automotive mechanic. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, as well as routine maintenance tasks. ASE certification in diesel engines is required within 180 days of hiring.
