• Pay Range: $35–$40 per hour, depending on your experience and credentials

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, no nights, weekends, or emergency calls

As a Journeyman/Service Plumber based in Fairfield, CA, you ll focus on diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and completing residential plumbing repairs with integrity and skill. Strong troubleshooting abilities are key, you’ll be the person homeowners trust to get it right the first time.

• Handle residential plumbing service calls, from routine maintenance to urgent repairs

• Troubleshoot systems accurately and make clear, confident recommendations

• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to avoid repeat issues

• Communicate with office staff to coordinate scheduling and customer updates

• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site

• Build rapport with customers through professional, respectful service

• Valid California Journeyman Plumber License or eligibility to join the union

• Minimum of 5 years residential service & repair experience

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and maintenance skills

• Professional demeanor and strong communication with both customers and teammates

• Ability to read plumbing diagrams and follow code requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Able to pass a standard drug screening and background check
