We’re recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-value West Coast territory with a strong book of business.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a technical mindset, experience in industrial or mechanical services, and the ability to travel frequently while building long-term client relationships.

• Manage and grow key accounts across the West Coast / Pacific Northwest territory
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Deliver consultative solutions and provide technical guidance on industrial services
• Travel regionally (up to 60%), including overnight visits to sites in CA, OR, WA, , UT, and NV
• Collaborate with internal sales, estimating, and operations teams
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager / Director

• Proven B2B technical sales experience, ideally in industrial, mechanical, or technical services
• Comfortable with frequent travel and remote work
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Mechanical or industrial technical understanding preferred
• ISPE experience/background a plus, but not required
