Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, and preparing for kitchen and/or bath measures. They meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
They support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
