RoleAs a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. You will:
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare Panda favorites for guests.

- Experience in operations preferred
- Food Safety certification (local requirements, acquired at own expense)
Employees should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in hot, noisy environments with limited space. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.

Compensation & Employment DetailsPay Range: $26 - $36.40 per hour. Pay is determined based on location and experience.
