Base Pay Range: $18.00/hr – $19.00/hr

• Monday through Saturday: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
• Sunday: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm

• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by washing and sorting soiled dishes, sweeping, and mopping as appropriate.
• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Properly wash, stack, and store all plates, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, etc.
• Maintain orderly trash levels throughout shift, removing full trashcans and boxes.
• Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Assist in timely storing of food deliveries.
• Assist in food prep and other duties as requested by the Executive Chef.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time; working in varying temperatures.
• Ability to comply with all food safety practices.
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience and current food handler’s card preferred but not required.
