At GD Homes Real Estate, we’re looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents who want to grow with the right tools and guidance. Our team offers exclusive lead sources, proven systems, and on-the-field training so you’re never left to figure it out on your own. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where success is shared, and your effort directly drives your earnings.

This is a commission‑only position; compensation is based on transactions closed.

• Manage leads provided by the brokerage and track progress in the CRM system.
• Conduct property showings, draft offers, and negotiate on clients’ behalf.
• Take part in hands‑on field training and peer learning sessions.
• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
• Ensure all activities comply with state licensing rules and brokerage standards.

• Minimum of 1 completed transaction preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Coachable and open to continuous learning.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple clients.

$120,000 per year (based on plan earnings)
