We are seeking a highly motivated Lot Attendant to join our team.

This is a full‑time position Monday‑Friday 8 am‑4:30 pm.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third‑party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot. Bag and tag all personal property.
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot.
• Work with customers, both internal and external, to release vehicles. Confirm all the necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to act in a discreet manner.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively communicate with others.
• Drive a Camera Car for part of the shift (daily).
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
