This role operates in a dyad partnership with the Chief of Primary Care and the Medical Director of Urgent Care, ensuring a collaborative approach to clinical and operational excellence.

Together, they drive patient-centered care, optimize service delivery, and enhance access while aligning with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

The Director collaborates closely with ambulatory and hospital leaders, as well as other senior executives, to align primary and urgent care services with broader organizational priorities and system-wide strategic initiatives.
