Mental Health Officer Level 2 | $32 - $35 per hour + super + salary packaging

About the Role:
As a Program Support Worker, you’ll assist in delivering evidence‑based group programs that support patient recovery. You’ll provide administrative coordination, engage with patients, and help ensure sessions run safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program schedules, timetables, and promotional materials
- Escort and support patients attending group programs
- Maintain attendance records and assist with program evaluations
- Liaise with clinical teams and contribute to handovers
- Assist with incident response and apply de‑escalation strategies when needed
What You Bring:
- Commitment to recovery‑oriented mental health practice
- Experience with administration and document management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Completion or partial completion of a relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate or Diploma in mental health, disability support, allied health assistance, or welfare), or willingness to undertake such study.
