At North Bay Health the Board Certified, Licensed OB/GYN Hospitalist will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. North Bay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. Responsibilities- Position Type: Full-time

Schedule:
24-hour in-house - EMR: Cerner
- Provider Support: Collaborative team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals
- Census
: 135 average births per month (split amongst two physicians)
- 154-bed hospital
- 8-bed labor unit
- 13-bed postpartum unit
- 16-bed Level 3 NICU
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Training: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Licensure: Valid and active medical license in California.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience preferred, though recent residency graduates will also be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical and surgical skills in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and general computer skills.
- Income Guarantee : $436,800
- Sign On Bonus up to $50,000
- Relocation available for qualified candidates up to $20,000
- Residency Stipend up to $24,000
- Retention Bonus - $30,000 beginning the 2nd year
