At North Bay Health the Board Certified, Licensed OB/GYN Hospitalist will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. North Bay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. • Provider Support: Collaborative team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals
• Census
  : 135 average births per month (split amongst two physicians)

• 154-bed hospital
• 8-bed labor unit
• 13-bed postpartum unit
• 16-bed Level 3 NICU

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Training: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensure: Valid and active medical license in California.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred.
• Experience: At least one (1) year of experience preferred, though recent residency graduates will also be considered.
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and general computer skills.

• Income Guarantee : $436,800
• Sign On Bonus up to $50,000
• Relocation available for qualified candidates up to $20,000
• Residency Stipend up to $24,000
• Retention Bonus - $30,000 beginning the 2nd year
