At North Bay Health, the board certified, licensed urologist will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. North Bay Urology cares for male & female patients with urinary tract conditions and diseases affecting the male reproductive organs, this role will provide care to cancer cases and other large cases. Our team of board‑certified experts employs a variety of treatments, from medications to minimally invasive and complex surgery in treating urologic conditions.

- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, dedicated procedure time - Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities:
Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care - Call Ratio:
General call responsibilities; split between two locations - Daily Patient Census:
Manage a consistent daily patient load - Equipment/Resources:
Access to state‑of‑the‑art equipment and comprehensive resources - Provider Support:
Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) (details on the number of physicians vs. APPs can be provided upon inquiry)
- Perform minimally invasive and complex surgery for urologic conditions
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Diagnose and treat disease and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs.
- Provide care to inpatient, outpatient, and surgical patients.
- Prescribe medications as needed and administer urinary antiseptics to combat infection.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
