At North Bay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Urologist will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. North Bay Urology cares for male & female patients with urinary tract conditions and diseases affecting the male reproductive organs, this role will provide care to cancer cases and other large cases. Our team of board-certified experts employs a variety of treatments, from medications to minimally invasive and complex surgery in treating urologic conditions.

- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, dedicated procedure time - Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities:
Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care - Call Ratio:
General call responsibilities; split between two locations - Daily Patient Census:
Manage a consistent daily patient load - Equipment/Resources:
Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources - Provider Support:
Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) (details on the number of physicians vs. APPs can be provided upon inquiry)
- Perform minimally invasive and complex surgery for urologic conditions
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Diagnose and treat disease and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs.
- Provide care to inpatient outpatient and surgical patients.
- Prescribe medications as needed and administer urinary antiseptics to combat infection.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Urology
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state
- Proven experience in urology procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Compensation Range: $500,000 - $720,000 (based on a Full time 1.0 FTE)
