This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fairfield, CA, for a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling heavy phone calls in a fast paced enviroment, responding to emails, managing customer accounts, documenting interactions, and guiding customers through company services and processes.

Various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members to consistently enhance the customer experience.

• Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering satisfactory resolutions.
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience.
• Strong computer skills, in various software, microsoft office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively. Heavy Phones
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment and maintain professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
