We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Support & Construction Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting sales efforts while producing accurate construction cost estimates.

You’ll play a critical role in preparing bids, supporting our sales team, and ensuring a smooth pre‑construction process from initial inquiry to proposal delivery.

• Assist the sales team with client communication, proposals, and follow‑ups
• Organize and maintain CRM data, bid calendars, and project files
• Coordinate job site visits, meetings, and bid submissions
• Track leads, bid opportunities, and incoming RFPs
• Review plans and specifications to prepare detailed material and labor estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and gather subcontractor/supplier pricing
• Assist in preparing and submitting bids, change orders, and scope documents
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with real‑world costs

• 2–5 years’ experience in estimating, project coordination, or sales support (preferably in construction) must have experience with coatings
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong Excel skills; experience with estimating software (like Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or Pro Est) is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self‑starter who can juggle multiple deadlines with a strong attention to detail
• A background in [insert relevant trades, e.g., commercial interiors, concrete, framing, etc.]
• Familiarity with CRM tools and bid tracking systems
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
