Truck Commanders (TCs) are the front line and face of our company. You’ll lead your crew, complete junk removal jobs, and ensure every customer experience is outstanding. This role impacts sales, safety, and our culture - all from behind the wheel of one of our branded trucks.

• Lead a 2-person crew and complete a full junk removal route each shift
• Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other items - often 100+ lbs
• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
• Create an outstanding client experience through communication and attention to detail
• Maintain daily cleanliness and equipment readiness
• Perform occasional light demolition (wood, metal, etc.) when needed
• Work as a team to ensure safety, professionalism, and efficiency on every job
• Represent our mission with pride and professionalism

• Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of heavy items (up to 100+ lbs)
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• High-energy, fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
• 1+ year of driving experience (Required)
• 2+ years in manual labor, delivery, moving, retail or warehouse experience (Preferred)
• Ability to pass background check
• Social security card and valid government-issued photo
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturday's if needed
• Must be available for in-person work based out of Fairfax, VA
