• Perform residential and commercial junk removal efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload items from trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
• Sort and categorize items for recycling and disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly and follow all traffic regulations.
• Complete daily logs and reports accurately and on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in junk removal or similar field is a plus.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
