SOCCER SHOTS BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON - Fairfax County – Part-time Coach (4-20 hours per week). Paid training will start immediately after hire.

Looking for meaningful, part-time weekday work coaching preschool-aged children in a fun, soccer environment? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! Soccer Shots blends soccer, education, and fun into high-energy 30-minute sessions for kids ages 2–5 in Fairfax County. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference.

• Lead age-appropriate 30-minute sessions for preschoolers (ages 2–5) in local preschools or partner facilities
• Provide a positive, high-energy coaching environment
• Collaborate with program staff to support Curriculum and Safety standards

• Availability to coach on Weekday mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM and Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• On-site classes at local preschools in your area
• Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 2–5 is preferred
• Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Bonus availability (not required):
  Weekday evenings 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend mornings: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM

• Hours of operation:
  Monday–Friday 8:45 AM–7:00 PM;
  Saturday–Sunday 8:45 AM–12:45 PM
• Scheduling notes:
  Programs run in 8–10 week seasons;
  Coaching Managers assign a set schedule prior to each season;
  Consistent weekly schedule once the season begins;
