• Lead fun, high-energy gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum—including classes for our youngest athletes where parents participate alongside their children (we’ll train you!).
• Create a positive, welcoming environment that helps kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.
• Engage parents during class and help them feel comfortable, involved, and excited about their child’s progress.
• Deliver outstanding customer service — we treat our families like family.
• Host birthday parties and special events where kids have a blast and parents get to relax.

• Love being active, playful, and positive—and don’t mind being a little silly.
• Enjoy working with young children and feel comfortable interacting with parents.
• Have experience coaching gymnastics, dance, or other sports (a plus, but not required).
• Know when to have fun and when to focus on structure and safety.
• Bring good energy and enthusiasm into everything you do.
