Full Stack Developer

Position Title: Full Stack Developer (Contract)
Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Clearance Requirements: None required; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Position Status: Contract (3 months with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $75–$85/hr W2 (with PTO)

We are seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and modernize enterprise applications that support critical business operations. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering high-quality software across the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving undocumented problems, and brings strong collaboration and analytical skills.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system enhancements
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
• Modernize legacy systems and migrate older codebases to current technologies
• Support UAT, release planning, and production deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure software solutions
• Analyze systems, data, and processes to drive operational improvements

• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Proven experience modernizing legacy applications and building solutions with limited documentation
• Experience working in shared lower/production environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Passion for development and continuous technical learning
