SOFTWARE ENGINEER SENIOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Software Engineer Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Administrative Office of the US Courts. You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the customer s official websites.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology field is required.
- 10 years of experience with website development, at least 3 years at the senior level, may be substituted to meet the Bachelor’s degree requirement for this position.
- 8 years of experience with Drupal 7 and 8, search software, and analytics software integration and development.
- 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- 8 years of experience in successfully deploying new web-based applications.
- 8 years of experience in design, development documentations according to enterprise standards with clients and other developers.
- 5 years of experience conducting functional, unit, system/integration, regression, load performance and/or stability tests as applicable as part of their quality assurance plan for each release.

Salary and Benefits
The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes a variety of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401(k) plan offering the ability to contribute both pre and post-tax dollars up to the IRS annual limits and receive a company match. GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year.
Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
