TSP Contracting is known for Restoration, Remodeling and General Contracting Services. We are looking forward to growing our Maintenance/Service Division with key individuals to expand our base. Exceptional growth potential for position of Service Technician.

Your Responsibilities as a Service Tech

• Completing Maintenance & Repairs - You'll be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Client Relationship - You will be responsible for the personal touch of the TSP Contracting business by gaining a client relationship.
• Service Contracts - Commission based opportunities to extend and offer Service Contracts to clients on additional services.

Requirements

• Live within the area

• Have multi-trade experience Minimum of 5 plus years

• Carpentry work
• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting, both inside and out
• Drywall work, minor and major repairs

• Own your own tools
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle
• Complete a background and driving record check
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to work at heights safely and work overheard for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Benefits

We prioritize your well-being and growth. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a pay range for this position that ranges annually from $55K-$125K. Pay will be dependent on your experience as a professional Service Technician as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
