OverviewWeedman is a highly successful commercial landscape maintenance company. We operate solely in Northern Virginia at three different locations. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service in a courteous fashion. Our pay and benefits are tops in the industry. All members of our Landscape Team earn between $48,000 and $58,000 per year, dependent on your position and experience.

- Monitor lawn and landscape quality
- Perform seeding and aeration (removal of small soil plugs from the ground)
- Perform grass fertilization processes
- Mulch and fertilize flower beds
- Prune and trim small trees and shrubs
- Control and prevent weeds, insects and diseases
- Perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) using mechanical, organic and chemical controls
- Manage client questions and concerns
- Train and supervision lawn technicians
- Assist with marketing projects
- Maintain supplies and inventory
- 2 recent years of direct landscape maintenance experience
- Tough and Physically Fit
- Strong work ethic
- Experience with irrigation systems helpful
