Security Officer - Flex Armed

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Perform armed patrol duties, maintaining assigned firearm and/or other issued equipment in accordance with licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and post orders;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, requesting medical support, and/or contacting law enforcement as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter, checking for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or unauthorized access;
Complete required reports and notifications, including incident documentation, shift activity logs, and communication with site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
