Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities as directed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, equipment areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor and report unusual activity, hazardous conditions, and/or maintenance concerns observed during patrols and routine post checks, and complete required written and/or electronic documentation.;
Operate security-related equipment and systems as assigned, such as radios, badge readers, cameras, and/or alarm panels, and communicate clear updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting the appropriate internal teams and/or public responders when needed.
