Security Officer - Dispatcher

Position: Security Officer - FT Dispatcher
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and shoppers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or lighting concerns;
Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity, address minor issues with a calm, problem-solving approach, and request assistance from site management and/or public responders when needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, disturbances, and lost child or property reports per site instructions;
Complete reports and logs for patrol observations, incidents, and customer interactions, and communicate key information during shift handoff to support continuity of security-related operations
