Security Officer - Armed Night Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disturbances, and medical environment disruptions, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corridors, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy violations.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying authorization, directing foot traffic, and documenting entries and/or exits per site procedures.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and report maintenance issues, unsecured doors, and other security-related concerns through the appropriate channels.
