Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and/or credential checks as required by site policy, documenting observations and reporting concerns;
Complete accurate reports and incident documentation, communicate updates to site contacts and/or dispatch, and support security-related operations as assigned
