In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

A full‑time outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads; 80% of the legwork has been done for you. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, a rigorous pre‑qualification process has been completed, ensuring you are positioned for success. Your only focus is on selling. We handle everything else from processing orders to handling changes after the product is sold.

We ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who truly need what we offer.

• Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
• Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
• Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
• Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
