Fairfax or Tysons Corner.
- Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual compensation is $60,194 based on an average 45‑hour work week. Management Trainees can earn up to $64,000 in their first year based on hours, performance, promotions, overtime, and bonuses.

- Learn Enterprise’s business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
- Engage in the community to build essential relationships for your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one year of experience (within the last 6 years) in sales, customer service in a sales industry, athletics, or a leadership role. Experience options:
- Commission sales or sales with goals and bonus potential.
- Customer service in a sales industry (retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center).
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team.
- Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Commute under 25 minutes in rush hour traffic from the posted location preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving record (no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the last three years).
- Employment reference, education, and social security verified.
