Sales Associate

At our Fairfax studio, we are passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and community through movement. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate who thrives in a goal-driven environment and is excited to make a meaningful impact.

Whether speaking with a walk-in guest or making your fiftieth call of the day, you bring energy, professionalism, and empathy to every interaction. You are results-oriented, coachable, and confident in navigating conversations that help prospects take the next step.

Drive Membership Sales:
Make 50 or more outbound calls each day to leads, former clients, and prospects. Follow up consistently to generate bookings and convert them into memberships.

Deliver Studio Tours:
Greet walk-ins, provide studio tours, and consult with prospective members to match them with the best membership option for their goals.

Foster Community:
Create authentic relationships with current and prospective members. Be present before and after class to engage, listen, and support.

Overcome Objections:
Address common concerns such as pricing, time, or uncertainty with empathy and clarity. Connect each conversation back to the person's goals.

Support Studio Success:
Collaborate with the studio manager and team to ensure a smooth front desk operation and a welcoming environment for all clients.

Prior experience in fitness, studio sales, or wellness-related environments (Pure Barre or barre experience strongly preferred)

Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable presence

Self-motivated and capable of meeting daily outreach and conversion goals

Confidence on the phone and comfort working with high call volumes

Passion for health, movement, and personal growth

Availability on evenings and weekends

Hourly pay plus uncapped commission on memberships and retail sales
