Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure a visually appealing environment, all while enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandise displays.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
