Job DescriptionSous Chefs/Kitchen Managers are responsible for ensuring outstanding food quality and recipe adherence through the management of our passionate line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, and Kitchen Supervisors.

Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurants
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to lead a team
- Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
