We are a growing non-medical home care company seeking an RN to provide
clinical oversight, client assessments, and caregiver support
in the home.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy
relationship-based care, critical thinking, and quality assurance
rather than task-heavy bedside work.

• Conduct weekly and bi-weekly client visits
• Complete new client assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Oversee and update individualized care plans
• Provide education and guidance to family caregivers
• Support and oversee CNAs to ensure quality of care
• Coordinate with primary care providers as needed
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and internal teams

• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Predictable scheduling and manageable caseloads
• Minimal physical strain; no bedside lifting
• Autonomy and respect for clinical judgment
