Overview
Inova Neurology Services is looking for a dedicated Clinical Outpatient Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full-time, day shift Monday
- Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Job location:

- Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.
- Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education.
- Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.
- Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
- Utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care.
- Improves clinical operations through utilization of data and the quality process. Actively participates in clinical performance improvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Certification - Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
- Upon Start - Licensure - Licensed Practical Nurse - Upon Start or RN License
- Experience - 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience as LPN
- Education - Vocational/Technical School - Nursing or Associate s degree or BSN
- Experience:
Supervisory experience is a plus.
