Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a RN Clinical Educator Nursing to work with the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) department.

• Utilizes system strategies and tools to assess the competency of new nursing staff members while focusing on quality of care and patient safety goals.

Hours:

Full-time, M-F (regular office hours, with some flexibility as needed based on department needs)

• Education
  :
  Master 2s Degree or BSN and enrolled in Master 2s program upon start. If RN has a BSN and enrolled in Master 2s program, RN must meet with their Nurse Leader within 3 months to conduct the following:

• Experience
  : 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty; 3 months of experience serving as preceptor
• Certification
  : BLS from the American Heart Association;
  Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state RN License.
