We are seeking an experienced ECMO Specialist to provide bedside support for patients undergoing Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS) within hospital partner facilities. This is a full-time opportunity with a growing, mission-driven team focused on delivering exceptional critical care and advancing ECMO practice through evidence-based training and collaboration.

• Competitive salary ($89K–$128K/year)

• Deliver high-quality, bedside ECMO care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with medical teams on ECLS and mechanical circulatory support (MCS) protocols
• Participate in continuing education and professional development through in-house programs
• Support ECMO transports and adapt to various institutional needs and equipment platforms

• Minimum 1 year of direct ECMO experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  Associate degree with 2–3 years of experience considered
• Active, unencumbered license (RN, RRT, or CCP)
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills under pressure

• Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate effectively for extended periods
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and assist in repositioning patients of any size
