Job OverviewProvide services and support as a Program Manager for IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services within the Education and Academia industry sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) ITS. The role is located in Fairfax, VA, with flexibility to support projects across the Mid‑Atlantic region.
Responsibilities and Duties- Manage multiple IT programs and projects.
- Provide governance, manage budgets, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Liaise with executives and ITS leadership to drive project success.
- 10+ years managing complex IT portfolios.
- Vision, decision‑making, and organizational excellence.
- Teamwork – Foster teamwork collaboratively and lead effectively.
- Leadership – Guide colleagues on projects and initiatives.
- Business Acumen – Understand how organizations perform and deliver insight.
