Fairfax Radiology Centers — the largest radiology practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area — is seeking a dependable and service-minded Courier to support daily deliveries and operational needs across our imaging centers and partner locations.

Based out of our Corporate Office in Fairfax, this role helps keep our organization running smoothly by ensuring materials are delivered safely, securely, and on time—while also supporting clerical needs once daily routes are complete.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Location: Corporate Office (Fairfax, VA)
• Type: Full-time, benefitted position

• Maintain a daily delivery schedule and complete timely deliveries to:
• • All Fairfax Radiology Centers
  • Local hospitals and partner facilities
  • Bank, post office, and other assigned locations
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle, reporting any issues or maintenance needs
• Provide clerical support to the Patient Resource Center after deliveries are completed
• Operate mail machine and sort/distribute incoming mail to departments and staff

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid local driver’s license in good standing (must meet DMV and FRC driving requirements)
• Prior medical office experience (including medical records) preferred
