JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Immigration Attorney will manage paralegals and handle a wide range of immigration matters including asylum, removal proceedings, family-based, and business immigration.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in removal proceedings;
• Represent individuals and businesses in business immigration, family, and humanitarian matters;
• Manage paralegal/s to prepare and file applications, memos, responses to RFEs;
• Research and prepare briefs, memoranda, and motions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling immigration cases
• Bar License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
