• Conduct research to advise clients.
• Develop litigation and discovery strategies to support claims.
• Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

• Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Experience in litigation and Criminal Law.
• 2+ years’ experience with Criminal Law required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
